Required
Experience with Hiring and Recruiting processes
Strong skills in Interviewing and Communication to foster positive interactions with candidates and team members
Expertise in Training and onboarding team members to ensure their success
Proven organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is advantageous
