Sales Manager
HireReady Partners is one of Northern Indiana’s largest independent, 100% employee-owned electrical distributors, serving OEMs and contractors with premium electrical and automation solutions. They are seeking a Sales Manager who can lead sales teams, analyze performance data, and collaborate across business units to scale their sales operations.

Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Oversee inside and outside sales teams, including OEM-focused reps and emerging business units (e.g., robotics, wire spool, servo motors)
Performance Monitoring: Analyze activity and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; report findings to leadership
Team Development: Support reps with situational guidance, communication strategies, and customer service best practices
Cross-Unit Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts across business units with shared commission structures and aligned goals
Process Visibility: Maintain a clear understanding of how different sales processes interact and contribute to overall performance
Technology Integration: Leverage advanced tools including NetSuite CRM, AI-enhanced Outlook integrations, and internal order systems to streamline workflows
Qualification
Required
