Responsibilities
Track Expedite and Non-Expedite shipments according to nightly notes provided
Order Entry; Imaging Paperwork
Broker freight, when available
Update Expedite Websites, McLeod, and any other formats necessary on each shipment
Update Customers with tracking information, when requested
Communicate with Account Managers/Carrier Sales Specialists via morning hand-off
Learn to bid freight directly with customers
Work on collecting paperwork from the unbilled report
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to track Expedite and Non-Expedite shipments according to nightly notes provided
Experience with Order Entry and Imaging Paperwork
Ability to broker freight, when available
Proficiency in updating Expedite Websites, McLeod, and any other formats necessary on each shipment
Ability to update Customers with tracking information, when requested
Strong communication skills to interact with Account Managers/Carrier Sales Specialists via morning hand-off
Willingness to learn to bid freight directly with customers
Ability to work on collecting paperwork from the unbilled report
Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
