Responsibilities
Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and pain points
Support the definition and prioritization of features and requirements for the product based on customer feedback and market trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch
Help monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, and use data to make informed decisions about product improvements and new feature development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and gather feedback on the product to inform future development effort
Help manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and releases
Execute a comprehensive product strategy to meet and exceed adoption targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions that drive value
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies
Experience with agile development and best in class practices
Articulate the unique value proposition of our solution and tailor it to the specific needs of each customer
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to gather insights and ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
5-8+ years of experience with at least three years in product management, preferably in a startup environment
Experience with billing and payments
Ability to maintain focus, and make decisions without perfect information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to be hands on with our product and process, and lead the team by doing
Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
High degree of intellectual curiosity, desire to dive deep, and willingness to learn
Preferred
Experience in a vertical SAAS company is a strong plus
