They are seeking a Senior AI Systems Engineer to ensure the accuracy and reliability of their AI system, MAX, which combines deterministic computation with LLM-based narration.

Responsibilities
Ensure all astrology outputs strictly reflect deterministic data; and all non-astrology ingested materials are reflected in answers
Eliminate hallucinations at the system level
Enforce a clean truth → narration pipeline
Make outputs consistent, reliable, and production-ready
Restore a warm, human, brand-aligned voice on top of verified truth
Qualification
Required
Rock-Solid Accuracy: All astrology outputs come strictly from ephemeris and natal data (no invented signs, degrees, houses, aspects, or dates). Responses should properly reference ingested books and courses. When required data is missing, the system asks for clarification instead of guessing
Hallucinations Designed Out: No fabricated astrology, timelines, or interpretations. Deterministic inputs always produce deterministic facts. Guardrails prevent 'helpful guessing' at the system level
Clean Truth → Narration Separation: Facts are computed and validated before reaching the LLM. The LLM narrates only what it is given. Voice shapes how truth is expressed — never what the truth is
Brand Voice That Feels Human: Warm, grounded, empowering tone aligned with brand voice. Clear, readable structure: Summary, Key Themes, Action Steps, Encouraging Close. No generic horoscope language or robotic phrasing
Reference-Level Quality: For identical inputs, MAX should align logically with high-quality reference systems (e.g. Hypergate). Any differences should be intentional, explainable, and documented
