Responsibilities
Meet, greet and sign in all visitors to the home ensuring that they have a warm welcome
Ensure that the reception area is always neat and tidy
Ensure that each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment whilst in the reception area
Conduct family visits round the home for any visitor who requires one in accordance with the training you have received
Take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors, internal or external bodies
