Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for the Nashville office; either through telephone or face to face

Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization

Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out reminders

Assist with event planning and logistics

Perform basic research tasks as needed

Coordinate the stock of supplies and equipment for day-to-day office operations

Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned

Required
