Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services
Assist walk-in customers
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Take payments by phone and in person
Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred
Previous customer service experience with a water utility company
