Responsibilities
Identify and target prospective clients, including bar owners, restaurant operators, and other business decision-makers throughout the Chicago and surrounding markets
Conduct in-person cold calls and relationship-driven outreach to grow new business
Present and promote 777 Gaming’s video gaming solutions, demonstrating revenue potential and long-term value
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and ongoing account support
Support existing partner locations within the territory and act as a primary point of contact
Negotiate agreements that align with both client goals and company objectives
Collaborate with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing service
Stay informed on Illinois gaming regulations, market trends, and competitor activity
Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activity, pipeline progress, and territory performance
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in sales (B2B preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Be able to clear the IGB background screening
Preferred
VGT / route gaming experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Illinois gaming markets and regulations is a plus
