The role involves managing marketing operations, driving qualified leads, and coordinating campaigns while ensuring effective communication and execution across various initiatives.

Responsibilities
Drive qualified leads and enable our sales team to close deals faster
Coordinate internal timelines and deliverables across multiple campaigns and initiatives
Track progress, assign tasks, and hold collaborators accountable using the tools of the trade
Act as the point of contact for key marketing vendors
Managing relationships, communication, and deadlines around branding, website maintenance, content production, and events
Build and maintain marketing collateral, track CRM activity and outreach lists, and support client-facing content development for sales efforts
Draft or coordinate regular company LinkedIn posts, marketing emails, and other public-facing assets in partnership with the CEO and external contractors
Liaise with Agile’s external website vendor to ensure updates, pages, and content changes are executed accurately and on schedule
Coordinate light reporting, asset delivery, and execution tasks for outbound and inbound campaigns
Help plan and execute one-off campaigns, initiatives, and occasional trade shows or conferences (e.g., managing deliverables for a major recruiting expo booth in London)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a startup, scaleup, high-growth agency, or consulting firm
Supported or executed a product launch, marketing campaign, or brand rollout
Naturally organized, proactive, and fast-moving
Can coordinate across multiple priorities and stakeholders without getting flustered
Excellent communicator, both in writing and while managing projects or vendors
Have a competitive edge, you've pushed yourself academically, athletically, or professionally beyond what's typical
Enjoy working with a founder and a team that moves quickly, delegates clearly, and values momentum
