Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through self-sourced leads and collaboration with Sales Development
Communicate effectively and negotiate with confidence to deliver customer-centric solutions
Navigate the software sales cycle with insight, empathy, and critical thinking
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Align account strategies with company objectives and track progress toward key achievements
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client success
Lead the procurement process with urgency and precision to accelerate deal closure
Stay current on industry trends and continuously develop your skills through learning opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven experience in inside sales, focus on new client acquisition
A growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Deep understanding of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market and its unique dynamics
Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and their impact on operational efficiency
Proven success in outbound prospecting and building a high-performing sales pipeline
Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn from feedback and new experiences
