Fire Compliance Manager, hireful
Guardian Jobs is seeking an experienced Fire Compliance Manager to oversee fire safety and statutory compliance across a varied multi-site estate. The role involves leading the organisation’s fire safety strategy, managing Fire Risk Assessments, and ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation.

Responsibilities
Lead all fire compliance and fire safety management activities across a varied property portfolio
Manage a programme of Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and ensure prioritised completion of remedial actions
Monitor contractor performance and ensure delivery against KPIs and compliance standards
Prepare detailed fire safety reports, bids, and schedules of works for senior stakeholders
Provide specialist advice, training, and support on fire safety processes and best practices
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including RRFSO 2005, building regulations, and statutory requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Fire Compliance Manager, Fire Safety Manager, or similar fire leadership role
NEBOSH Fire Safety, Fire Management, or equivalent fire safety qualification
Strong knowledge of fire legislation, fire standards, and statutory compliance frameworks
Experience managing large-scale multi-site contracts (100+ premises)
Contractor and performance management experience
Experience within local government, estates, construction, or property management (advantageous)
Awareness of NEC3/NEC4 contracts (beneficial)
Budget management experience (desirable)
