Qualification
Required
Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients
Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively address inquiries and provide the highest level of service
Understanding of basic Insurance and related procedures relevant to purchases
Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is highly desirable
Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting
