Responsibilities

Lead and scale sales teams to exceed revenue targets and retention goals
Build and implement sales strategies to deliver accurate forecasts and predictable revenue pipelines
Coach and empower team leaders and reps to succeed in a hybrid (onsite/remote) model
Represent Sage at key events, with partners and inside the boardroom
Champion collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support
Tackle escalations with professionalism and empathy
Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and results

Required

8+ years of sales experience (B2B software sales preferred), including 3+ years in a team leadership or management role
Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to influence cross functional teams and align stakeholders at multiple levels
Experience leading and scaling hybrid or distributed teams
Strong understanding of direct and channel sales motions
Experience in technology cross-sell/up-sell strategies
Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and analytical skills leveraging technology like Salesforce and Highspot
Inspiring leadership and people development skills
Flexibility to travel up to 20%
