Required

Proven expertise in New Business Development and proactive Lead Generation strategies

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Preferred

Sales or account management experience in disaster recovery, property restoration, or related industries is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales software is an advantage
