WHITEWATER Commercial Real Estate was founded to address a critical gap in the California real estate market. They are seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Agent to manage property listings, source and acquire clients, advise on property transactions, and negotiate sales.
Responsibilities
Managing property listings
Sourcing and acquiring clients
Advising clients on property transactions
Negotiating sales
Providing market analysis
Cultivating relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders
Preparing market reports
Collaborating with the brokerage team
Staying current with industry trends and regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Commercial Real Estate and a California Real Estate License
Knowledge of Real Estate Sales, including negotiation and closing strategies
Experience in Brokerage and conducting transactions with professionalism
Strong relationship-building, customer service, and networking skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
