Actively support the implementation of new solutions or applications
Assists with reporting and data analytics

Required
Responsible for researching, resolving, responding, and reporting claims of error while maintaining a high level of productivity
Make independent decisions for appropriate action to be taken within regulatory and procedural guidelines
Maintain accurate and properly documented files while ensuring that required time frames are met
May work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role
Various data entry duties

Actively support the implementation of new solutions or applications
Assists with reporting and data analytics

Skilled investigator and problem solver who thinks outside the box
Possess a deep understanding of contact center operations
Exhibits superior knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to their assigned area
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
Capable of independently identifying and resolving complex problems
Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite
Basic understanding of Jira
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
Can make solid decisions
Previous experience with data entry
