Responsibilities

Become the first full-time Payor Account Executive at Verse, with the opportunity to scale this business development function meaningfully over the coming years
Identify and target health services and care management leaders at insurance organizations as prospective customers, acting as a full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting leads and managing the entire sales process through to deal closure
Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our healthcare technology solutions to prospective clients
Onboard and manage multiple customer accounts as their main point of contact to drive growth and identify expansion opportunities
Collaborate with key internal teams to create tailored solutions for customers
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare technology sector

Required

Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the healthcare sector
Experience selling to healthcare organizations, both at the leadership level and to end users

Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to iterate quickly, codify what works, and move on from what doesn't
