Loan Partner
Radiant Financial Group LLC is seeking an experienced Loan Partner to support Loan Officers and ensure efficient loan file management. The role involves overseeing the loan lifecycle, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, and ensuring high service standards throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Set up new loan files and ensure LOS is accurate and complete from the outset
Prepare, send, and track initial disclosures
Maintain clean, well-organized loan files, including:
Title information
Loan fees and estimates
Purchase contracts
Agent and title company contact details
Review loan applications for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Pull property profiles and county tax data
Organize, label, and quality-check borrower documentation
Proactively request missing or incomplete documentation to prevent processing delays
Order, track, and follow up on third-party services, including:
Title and homeowners insurance (HOI)
Appraisals
FHA/VA case numbers
VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
Verifications of Employment (VOEs)
Additional services such as foundation certifications, IBTS reports, termite inspections, and condo documentation
Obtain and review final HOI documentation once the borrower selects a provider
Submit complete and well-documented files to Processing and initiate the appropriate task set
Assist in managing lender and processor conditions by collecting, organizing, and tracking required documentation
Ensure conditions are clearly labeled, properly uploaded, and ready for processor review
Serve as a consistent point of contact following Loan Officer communication standards
Communicate proactively with borrowers, real estate agents, processors, and vendors
Partner closely with the Processor to resolve questions, anticipate condition needs, and keep files moving forward
Notify Processing when conditions are ready and assign tasks as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Loan Partner, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, or similar mortgage operations role
Strong working knowledge of residential mortgage files and timelines
High level of attention to detail and file quality
Ability to manage multiple active loans and competing priorities
Confident, professional communication skills
Preferred
Experience using ARIVE or a comparable Loan Origination System
