The Program Manager will oversee the Permanent Supported Housing program, focusing on service gaps for chronically homeless adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

This position is located within Housing and Homeless Services at the Permanent Supported Housing single-site facility, Seabrook Square

This program works to fill service gaps for adult residents with existing chronic homelessness with disabling condition(s)

Individuals served present with high vulnerability and complex needs

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position

Other duties may be assigned

Qualification

Required

Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field
