Deliver pricing strategies that optimize Intel financial performance, managing customer pricing incentives
Develop new pricing optimization plans to increase Intel's margin
Accurately forecast and partner with sales to deliver revenue, ASP, and volume commitments
Create supply allocation optimizations across customers and regions
Lead initiatives to standardize processes and tools, optimize productivity, and improve operational efficiency
Develop and implement data analysis models, reporting structures, and techniques to support decision-making
Oversee creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Build and develop an inclusive, results-driven team; set clear goals and maintain accountability
Role model Intel's values and drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Strong knowledge of Intel's business context, industry trends, and sales operations processes
Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage performance effectively
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Experience influencing decisions and engaging customers
Ability to drive meaningful change and optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
12+ years experience (Master's: 8+ years; PhD: 6+ years) in business operations (pricing, supply, market forecast)
