Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft Intune configurations
Support modernization and transition from Configuration Manager to Intune
Architect Windows Autopilot provisioning processes
Develop enterprise PowerShell automation
Manage complex application packaging and deployment pipelines
Oversee lifecycle maintenance of Windows Update for Business policies
Be a senior escalation for Windows, mobile, and Teams Rooms devices
Lead engineering/support for BeyondTrust privilege management
Partner with Cybersecurity on secure baselines and compliance
Maintain monitoring, reporting, auditing mechanisms, engineering documentation and standards
Mentor junior engineers
Participate in on-call rotation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in endpoint management and Windows client systems support
Expert in supporting Windows-based client systems
Proficient in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot support, advanced PowerShell and/or Python scripting for system administration
Experience managing endpoint security and configuration policies
Must have a passion with driving customer success
