Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments of potential cases through phone consultations
Research and evaluate cases with a strong business acumen, identifying viable claims and potential legal issues in an efficient manner
Build rapport with callers, providing reassurance and support throughout the intake process
Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications and case evaluations
Utilize legal software to document case information accurately
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a legal assistant and/or paralegal, specifically in plaintiff's personal injury or workers' compensation
Proven ability to assess cases from both a legal and business perspective
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
