Enhance visual presentations
Drive sales across Dollar Tree stores
Present projects and insights at the culmination of the program
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships
Self-motivated and eager to learn about the retail industry and merchandising strategies
