Responsibilities
Provide senior-level support across general accounting operations
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Support audit preparation and coordination with external auditors
Assist with SEC reporting support, including 10-K and 10-Q preparation and tie-outs
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
Support process stabilization and documentation during a transition period
Collaborate with internal accounting and finance stakeholders to ensure continuity and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Experience in an Assistant Controller, Controller, Director of Accounting or Senior Accounting Consultant capacity
Public company accounting experience required
Exposure to SEC reporting and audit support
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial close processes
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a changing environment
Preferred
Prior consulting, interim, or contract experience preferred
