Document Control Program Analyst
ASLPM is a company in the Transportation and Heavy Civil Construction industry, seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Program Analyst. In this role, you will support the Document Control Unit by managing documentation, optimizing workflows, and providing reporting analytics.
Responsibilities
Serve as an internal hub for communication routing, meeting preparation, and stakeholder alignment
Organize and maintain internal SharePoint sites, document repositories, and version-controlled templates
Maintain performance dashboards, track project metrics/KPIs, and prepare data-driven progress updates for leadership
Develop Visio process maps, SOPs, and desk manuals to enhance workflow clarity and efficiency
Support audit readiness, maintain risk registers, and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, and Visio
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Previous experience supporting projects involving enterprise document management systems or data solutions
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
