Opening, Sorting mail
Scanning documents and radiographs
Identifying and labeling documents electronically
Meet established production and quality standards daily and ensure contractual SLA's are met
Be willing to learn other tasks within the Claims Processing Department

Required

High school diploma or G.E.D
Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)
Participates productively as a member of a team; Expected to have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, use time-management and organizational skills
Ability to follow written policies, procedures, guidelines, and assignments without detailed direction; Completes tasks beyond general support level
Ability to lift 25 lbs. higher than shoulder weight and ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
