Bookkeeper and some personal assiting to the CEO / Founder in Boca Raton Fl
BPP Wealth Solutions, LLC is dedicated to helping clients build, protect, and preserve wealth for generations. They are seeking a part-time hybrid Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant to the CEO/Founder, responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and providing personal assistance to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
Managing financial records
Preparing financial statements
Maintaining accounting systems
Providing personal assistance to the CEO, including task management and communications
Supporting with other administrative responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting), with strong attention to detail in financial reporting
Experience in Bookkeeping, Quickbooks, and Finance, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Strong organizational and time management skills to support both bookkeeping and personal assisting responsibilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with the CEO, clients, and other team members
Preferred
Familiarity with financial planning or wealth management is a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
