Represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings
Review statutorily required notices, correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
Prepare and respond to written inquiries or disputes efficiently
Attend and argue motions and hearings before New Jersey courts
Participate in mediation sessions
Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the bankruptcy process
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Admission to the bar in North Carolina (State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts) with CM/ECF filing credentials
Minimum 2 years experience representing creditors in bankruptcy/insolvency matters
Strong knowledge of secured creditor issues
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and with senior management
