Responsibilities
Thorough review and analysis of prepared medical records
Provide expert, advisory-only opinions regarding the claimant’s current condition and potential future medical needs
Respond to clinical questions to support claims management
Deliver clear, well-supported written reports within an expected turnaround time of 5 days
No face-to-face interaction with claimants; this is a record-review–only role
Qualification
Required
Board certification in Neurosurgery required
Preferred
Prior experience with medical record reviews, IMEs, or peer reviews preferred
Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication abilities
