Responsibilities
Design and configure AV systems including microphones speakers cameras displays and control systems
Ensure compatibility with IT infrastructure and networking standards
Prepare documentation for AV layouts wiring diagrams and system configurations
Install and commission AV hardware and software in conference rooms and collaboration spaces
Configure codecs video endpoints and control hubs (Cisco Control Hub Poly Lens)
Perform device resets and firmware updates as needed
Provide real-time technical support for video conferencing sessions and live events
Maintain hotline support for AV-related incidents and ServiceNow requests
Troubleshoot hardware/software conflicts connectivity issues and audio/video quality problems
Conduct routine health checks on AV systems including testing microphones cameras and displays
Monitor system performance and apply patches/upgrades following change management processes
Support high-profile meetings and webinars by managing AV setups and providing dry runs
Operate in-house and portable AV systems during live events
Maintain AV inventory and update user guides and SOPs
Ensure compliance with organizational security and operational standards
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
Stay updated with the latest technology trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
ITIL Certification
8+ years of Strong experience on Audio Conferencing
8+ years of Strong experience on Video Conferencing
8+ years of Strong experience on MS Teams Collaboration Suite
8+ years of Strong experience on Zooms Collaboration Suite
8+ years of Strong experience on Customer Interfacing Skills
8+ years of Strong experience on AV Hardware's Troubleshooting
8+ years of Strong experience on ITIL Framework
8+ years of Strong experience on Configuration & Setup of AV Infra (Microphones, Speakers, Cameras, Displays, & Control systems)
