Responsibilities
Maintain a disciplined schedule with accurate, locked schedules
Eliminate dead days, overbooking, and last-minute changes
Enforce scheduling SOPs and correct misses immediately
Track schedule adherence by market and crew
Own hiring standards and approvals for CSRs, schedulers, and foremen
Forecast labor needs and maintain bench strength across markets
Onboard, train, and remove talent decisively
Develop frontline leaders who enforce standards
Own total production output across all crews and markets
Reduce callback rates through SOP enforcement and training
Ensure crews, vehicles, and equipment are install-ready
Eliminate downtime caused by preventable operational failures
Own customer experience from booking through post-install follow-up
Enforce CSR SOPs, escalation paths, and response timelines
Fix root causes—not symptoms—of repeat issues
Ensure clean installs, proper documentation, and immediate invoicing
Reduce billing disputes by aligning scope, scheduling, and execution
Protect cash flow by holding teams accountable for operational misses
Spend time inside the operation—including onboarding by performing the CSR function
Be present, visible, and decisive in the business
Diagnose problems firsthand and implement permanent fixes
