Responsibilities

Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of complex refrigeration and cooling systems to ensure maximum uptime
Design and implement robust preventive maintenance programs that minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Monitor system performance, energy use, and refrigerant levels—driving continuous efficiency improvements and cost savings
Champion full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (EPA, PSM, OSHA, F-Gas, etc.)
Diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly, coordinating emergency responses when needed

Qualification

Industrial refrigeration systemsPreventive maintenance programsTechnical certification in RefrigerationHVACMechanical EngineeringCompliance knowledgeLeadershipProblem-solving

Required

Technical certification/diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (RETA CIRO/CRST or equivalent highly preferred)
5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial/commercial refrigeration systems (ammonia experience a major plus)
