Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for IT software and professional services
Assist in managing software renewals, contract lifecycle activities, and supplier performance
Serve as a consultative resource to internal stakeholders, helping ensure procurement aligns with business needs
Participate in supplier evaluations, negotiations, RFP/RFI processes, and contract execution
Partner with legal and finance to ensure compliance with corporate policies and contractual terms
Build supplier relationships, contribute to performance reviews, and identify process improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing, ideally in a corporate or enterprise environment
Demonstrated experience with software contracts, renewals, and vendor negotiations
Strong understanding of procurement processes, project management, vendor onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud agreements, and licensing models
Exposure to professional services contracts, including SOWs
Proficiency in procurement tools, contract systems, and spend analysis
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree specifically in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field preferred
