Handles the claim process from beginning to end
Working closely with injured workers, employers, doctors, insurance companies, as well as co-workers in other departments within the company
Manages the claim process and treatment plans
Goal of getting an injured worker back on the job as soon as possible
Qualification
Required
has a college degree
has experience in a call center or customer service environment
can organize and prioritize workflows and meet company/industry deadlines
is self-motivated and once trained, able to work with little direction
has or is willing to pursue a professional insurance designation
