Responsibilities
Manage inbound candidate calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing timely and professional communication
Assist with interview coordination and hiring decisions
Coordinate and manage onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, offer documentation, and orientation preparation
Schedule, track, and follow up on drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate and employee records within internal systems
Communicate hiring updates, start dates, and onboarding details to candidates
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations throughout the hiring process
Assist with internal and external job postings and notifications of open positions
Prepare and complete required hiring and onboarding documentation, reports, and logs
Support recruiters and market leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Participate in training and professional development to stay current on recruiting best practices and compliance standards
Contribute to team and organizational goals by completing related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, customer-focused demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency standard office software
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
