Responsibilities
Primary functions will be creating supporting factory layout activities (AutoCAD), time studies, and creating/updating engineering drawings
Candidate must be adept at taking directions, work well within cross-functional teams, and be customer focused. Safe work practices, proper ethics, and attention to detail are required
Assist in project coordination and must have basic project management skills
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with relevant experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment
Competent in the use of CAD (AutoCAD or similar) software
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week through the summer and potentially fall semester
Adept at taking directions
Work well within cross-functional teams
