Responsibilities
Maximizing the product's value and the agile team's work by ensuring the team’s backlog is prioritized and aligned with customer needs and approved business cases
Building strong partnerships with stakeholders through continuous communication and feedback to ensure their needs are represented, and the product outcomes are achieved
Developing and conveying the product’s vision to the agile team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value realization metrics
Supporting the Provider Services product team which includes complex systems and business processes used by providers and customer service agents
Collaborating and building consensus across multiple departments, including Operations and Technology, as well as partnering with various Product teams and ARTs
Prioritizing high-value work and aligning with the program's performance objectives to maximize impact and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience in product ownership or product management
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in building partnerships with stakeholders
Ability to convey product vision to teams
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working with business and agile teams
Ability to drive initiatives across multiple departments
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or provider services industry
Familiarity with value streams and business processes
Experience with performance metrics and business value realization
