Responsibilities
Explore and evaluate modern machine learning models and techniques, applying them to core product challenges
Design experiments, build prototypes, and collaborate with engineers to integrate successful approaches into production systems
Work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to translate user needs into thoughtful AI driven solutions
Help define how success is measured and iterate based on real world feedback
Stay current with emerging research and tools, sharing insights and applying what you learn to improve the product and technical stack
Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation, balancing scrappy exploration with disciplined iteration
Learn from more senior engineers while also taking initiative to explore new ideas independently
Bring a strong sense of ownership, pushing projects forward and unblocking yourself as you move ideas from concept to execution
Qualification
Required
At least two years of experience working in machine learning, applied AI, or data science
Comfortable using Python
Experience with common ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with basic data processing workflows
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Excited about applying machine learning to improve real user experiences
Takes ownership seriously and enjoys following projects through to completion
Eager to grow independence and technical depth, especially in areas such as model deployment and AI enabled systems
Collaborates well with others, values feedback, and contributes to an inclusive and supportive team culture
Thrives in fast moving environments with evolving priorities and sees adaptability as an opportunity to learn

Exposure to large language models or generative AI systems
