Advising on all aspects of executive compensation arrangements, including equity compensation, employment and severance agreements, change in control arrangements, bonus and retention plans, and deferred compensation
Qualification
Required
2 to 6 years of executive compensation experience
Experience advising on executive compensation and benefits matters, including equity arrangements and employment-related agreements
Experience navigating regulatory, tax, and securities law considerations in executive compensation matters
Preferred
Transactional experience preferred
