Strategic Channel Manager
altafiber is seeking a Strategic Channel Manager to manage and grow a group of agent partners. The role involves training partners, resolving sales barriers, and handling escalations to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Review all opportunities to help develop/create complete solutions - 60%
Champion internal and customer escalations (pricing, installs, outages, etc.) - 20%
Uncover and help resolve sales barriers for Partners - 5%
Drive proper behavior of Partners: i.e. sell value of altafiber products, find additional revenue with new products or missing products - 10%
Help coordinate needed training of processes and product for Partners - 5%
Qualification
Required
2 to 3 years of experience
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Knowledge of Cincinnati Bell systems and products
Attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred
