Responsibilities
Responsible for configuring absence management for subset of client employees for SIT3, UAT and Production
Documenting configuration changes
Supporting testing activities for SIT3 and UAT along with driving Replicon integration testing and documentation updates as needed
Supporting the configuration and testing of a roll-out of absence plans moving from days to hours
Supporting payroll reconciliation activities related to absence entries and hours
Qualification
Required
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Absence module – understanding absence configurations and concepts (plans, play types, accruals, eligibility, vacation payouts), understanding how time and labor connects to absence management and payroll, experience driving testing of integrations bringing data from Oracle to legacy system and vice versa)
Ability to work directly with the client to resolve issues and answer questions
Ability to provide accurate timeframes for completion of assigned activities
Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize assigned work
