Proven ability of working in a group development environment
Prior work in the defense industry
Exposure to Agile/SAFe methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, matrixed teams and thrive in a collaborative environment
