Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio is an ecumenical, Christian, nonprofit organization dedicated to building affordable homes. The Summer Intern will engage in hands-on residential construction, gaining leadership and project coordination skills while making a meaningful impact on the community.

Learn and lead hands-on residential construction working alongside staff, volunteers, and future homeowners
Gain and utilize leadership and cooperation skills as well as gain valuable project coordination and construction skills
Assist with build planning, review, and real problem solving

Required

Students at least 16 years old by June 9, 2026
Proof of health insurance coverage (coverage under parent's policy is fine)
Government issued photo ID or driver's license

Benefits

All tools and training will be provided by Habitat, including Student Leader T-shirts.
Interns must have proof of health insurance coverage (coverage under parent’s policy is fine).
