Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI’s and SLA’s in the business
Understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions
Should have experience working for Pharma client
Possess infrastructure background and have prior knowledge of desktops, laptops, network and other infra teams
Manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners
