Responsibilities
Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues on diaper lines and ancillary equipment
Perform biweekly preventive maintenance (PM) activities for assigned area or production line(s)
Manage work orders, including documentation, updates, and closure of assigned tasks
Complete metered preventive maintenance (PM) tasks for assigned area or production line(s)
Support electrical project work, including installations, upgrades, and system improvements
Qualification
Required
Adhere to all safety procedures, policies, and electrical standards
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure
Read and interpret electrical codes, manuals, schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, computers, and electrical test equipment to diagnose and resolve issues
Perform routine, biweekly, and metered preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
Support equipment reliability improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions
Document repair activities, inspections, and maintenance work accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve equipment and process issues
Participate in the Cert Card Program and maintain required skill levels for continued progression
Assist with startup, shutdown, and new equipment installation projects as needed
Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality, and housekeeping
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work at heights or in confined spaces
Manual dexterity for handling tools, components, wiring, and instrumentation
Ability to lift, carry, or move equipment and materials up to 50 lbs
Visual acuity for reading schematics, wiring, screens, and instrumentation displays
Ability to work in environments with noise, heat, moving equipment, and electrical hazards
Capability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, reaching, and sustained physical activity
Ability to wear required PPE, including arc-flash gear, gloves, and safety glasses
