Responsibilities
Keeping employee data in Workday accurate, up to date, and audit-ready (think hires, job changes, compensation updates, and more)
Supporting day-to-day HR transactions like hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions
Assisting the Benefits Analyst with administrative tasks and benefits-related support
Managing and resolving requests from the Shared Services queue with timeliness and care
Auditing data, spotting discrepancies, and fixing issues before they become problems
Partnering with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to keep systems aligned
Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Looking for smarter, simpler ways to improve processes (we love efficiency!)
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or data administration
Workday experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail (you notice the small stuff)
Comfort juggling multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Solid communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and general comfort with HR systems
Familiarity with HR compliance and data privacy is a bonus
Preferred
