Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional customer service
Support the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talent
Learn staffing operations, account management skills, and industry best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and assignment success
Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies
Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team
Qualification
Required
Recent college graduate or early-career professional
Solid administrative skills with strong organization and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable with Microsoft office
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Los Angeles
