Talent Acquisition Partner

This role involves counseling hiring managers on recruiting strategies, utilizing sourcing technologies, and developing plans for attracting diverse candidates.

Responsibilities
Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization, leveraging data to drive decision-making
Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees
Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles
Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to be selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value
Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization
Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates
Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions
Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience using sourcing and recruiting tools to identify external talent (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms)
Prior experience recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment
