Responsibilities
Handle 20+ inbound and outbound calls per hour with professionalism and empathy
Guide clients through our business credit-building program
Use platforms like HubSpot and GHL to manage communication and tasks
Support clients via email and follow-up as needed
Collaborate with our remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery
Qualification
Required
Fluent English (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) Native speaker or multilingual required
Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
Customer-first mindset — you genuinely care about helping others
Tech-savvy — comfortable using multiple tools and systems
Detail-oriented & organized — can multitask and prioritize under pressure
